Kee Thian Seng
Thian Seng is an experienced ICT consultant and mentor in the mobile industry. He has been a mentor with NTU Ventures since 2011, providing valuable consultations and lectures on Lean Launchpad methodologies to aspiring start-ups and students.
Thian Seng has served in the MDA i-JAM Expert Panel and was responsible for setting up and maintenance of the IT and Telecom infrastructure and services for K&L Engineering. Thian Seng was also the former Assistant Director of the Technology and Planning Group, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, where he was responsible for identifying and evangelising emerging mobile, internet and enterprise enabling technologies and platforms.

Raymond has an extensive strategic and hands-on financial and operational experience working with technology companies. Raymond had close to 30 years of experience in operationsand finance.
